Returns .....

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Pawmark. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases. Your placement of an order at Pawmark constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Please note there may be limitations on your rights to return and obtain a refund for products. When you order a collar, leash or long line to be manufactured by Pawmark the color you select will be the color the product is made in. Such products are not returnable because you do not like the color. Select the color cafefully before you order the product.

If you are not satisfied with your Pawmark purchase of a product, please call 1-877-275-3332 or email to for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). All RMAs must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date. NO PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.

If the item is returnable and you send it back to us Pawmark will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment less a 15% (fifteen percent) handling and restocking fee. Each transaction is individual. The restocking fee may be waived with the approval of a Pawmark manager. You must return the product to Pawmark within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging (if any) including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.

Note: Pawmark recommends that you use the USPS or Canada Post with delivery confirmation. Please do not send any product back that requires our signature to receive the product. If the value of your return exceeds $50, insure your package for safe return to Pawmark or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you use USPS Priority Mail with free delivery confirmation, the USPS will insure your package up to $50 for no additional fees. You and the carrier you choose are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Return Shipping fees will be charged to you for any return postage of any products being exchanged.
