We incorporated a metal "slide" into this collar to allow you to adjust the size of the collar, just like a typical collar. Collar adjustment range is approximately 3 inches. If you order a 20 inch collar it will adjust from approximately 20 inches to 23 inches. Each collar is hand cut and assembled.
