Used with a leash or with your hand, the martingale-style Premier Collar tightens to give greater control and reduces the risk of a dog “backing out” and escaping. Because it offers limited closure, it’s safer than a traditional choke collar. It’s wonderful for use in training classes, on walks, or around the home.
